Either you love them or you hate them: meat alternatives are hotly debated. While some consider these products as necessary or helpful on our way into a plant-based future, others reject them due to dubious ingredients. But are all meat alternatives created equal? And what do we know about the health effects of these products? This talk aims to anwser these questions on the basis of the current evidence.
