The Research Institute for Plant-Based Nutrition (IFPE) has its focus on vegetarian and vegan nutrition as well as sustainable and alternative dietary patterns in general. In this context, different aspects of sciences as well as ecology are taken into account.
As an independent research and consulting institute we are committed to science-based concepts of health promotion and sustainable nutrition as well as as dissemination of these concepts in society.
