With our research, we gain important new insights into plant-based nutrition and make them available to the public. Our work is independent and interdisciplinary, combining the disciplines of nutritional science, medicine and economics. A particular focus is on the various aspects of vegan and vegetarian nutrition. This makes the IPFE’s work unique in the German-speaking world.

With your donation, you contribute to the increase and dissemination of knowledge about a plant-based diet that conserves resources and promotes health. In doing so, you are helping to pave the way for globally sustainable and future-proof diets. You are also strengthening Germany as a research location.
