The fourth edition of the booklet “Nachhaltige Ernährung – Was unser Essen mit Klimaschutz und Welternährung zu tun hat” is now available in print. The booklet for the general population was published by the Ministry for Climate, Environment, Energy and Mobility (MKUEM) of Rhineland-Palatinate (Germany) having been completely revised by IFPE in collaboration with the Sustainable Nutrition Working Group under the direction of Dr. Karl von Koerber. Including new figures based on the latest research, the booklet provides consumers with a wealth of in-depth information and simple suggestions on how to put aspects of sustainable nutrition into practice.
